I have a brother who was incarcerated as San Quentin prison. My brother has been incarcerated for sometime. He is now a 64-year-old man living out his time as an elderly person. When he was in San Quentin prison, they were younger inmates who tried to take his life. He panicked and reached out for help, but no one assisted him or tried to help him. Each day that he woke up it was another day to be concerned that he would be murdered by the end of the day. During the way that he would be murdered he tried to commit suicide. He had cut his throat and his arm and laid in the shower for almost 50 minutes before someone helped him. he was then taken out of the shower hospital and sent to California medical facility in Vacaville. He’s been there for sometime and has been talking with everyone to help him because he knows he will be murdered if he’s returned. They did a three day investigation and told him that he would be returning without any explanation. Now every day he worries And he knows if he’s returned. He puts it in a certain way vernacular he’s a dead man. He’s gone to counselors. He’s gone to everyone. He’s requested going to a different prison, but they declined almost as if they want him to go back. If there’s anyway, I’m asking you I’m pleading with you to help him. If we don’t help him, he will die and this is a assured. Please help permit any way at this point. I’m begging you or anyone. He’s now in the medical facility and Vacaville. I am his sister. If you cannot help, please. Can you give me an idea of who could help him?

I am sorry you are going through this. I will email you separately, however, have you contacted the governor or your legislatures to let them know what’s going on. Sometimes when they are made aware of situations they can help.
