Title: Creative Ways to Stay Connected

In the midst of the Covid pandemic and the lack of in-person visitations to our loved ones, it is vital for our mental health to stay connected to our incarcerated loved ones creatively! I would like to share my ideas and resources on how my brother and I ensure we stay supportive to each other. From fun mailing ideas to offering our support to others; we have to remind ourselves that prison cannot take away our love for our family and friends! I can’t wait to share my story with all of you in hopes it helps your journey.
