Self-Care: Staying in the Game – Resilience Tools That Work Real Time – 5:00pm PT
Having an incarcerated loved one can bring overwhelming stress, emotional strain, and uncertainty. In this one-hour self–care workshop, Amy will guide participants through calming techniques and practical tools to help relieve stress, restore balance, and build emotional resilience. Whether you’re directly impacted by incarceration or navigating other life challenges, this session will offer supportive practices to help you care for yourself in the midst of it all. You’ll leave with easy-to-use strategies you can incorporate into your daily life to support your mental and emotional well-being. And most of all we’ll have fun together learning and using these tools!
