My brother is an inmate in santa rosa correctional institute a florida prison. He has a brain implant he did not consent to and is being mentally tormented. I have nobody to turn to and I am scared he will die in this prison where he has already endured years of abuse. Nobody provides answers or support. I don’t know what I can do I feel hopeless. He has less than 3 years left and has already served a lifetime. The state of florida has taken my brothers life.
