PFA supports adults, youth, caregivers, family members, friends, and loved ones who are impacted by someone’s incarceration. Our programs are designed for the people on the outside who are often overlooked but deeply affected.
No. Our support meetings are open to anyone who is navigating the incarceration of a loved one, including partners, spouses, grandparents, friends, caregivers, and other supportive loved ones.
PFA’s youth program serves children and teens ages 7–17 who are impacted by the incarceration of a parent or loved one. The program provides a safe, supportive environment for creativity, connection, and emotional growth.
You can support PFA by attending a support meeting, volunteering, donating, partnering with us, or helping spread awareness. Every action helps us strengthen support for families and youth impacted by incarceration.
In many cases, yes. You may be able to direct your gift to a specific area such as youth programming, family support, special events, or general operations. Contact us if you would like to discuss a designated gift.
Your donation helps fund support meetings, youth programming, educational workshops, family-centered events, and practical resources. Every gift helps PFA provide connection, encouragement, and support to people who often feel isolated and unseen.
Yes. Volunteers play an important role in helping with events, outreach, youth activities, donation drives, resource distribution, and special projects. We welcome individuals, groups, and community partners who want to make a difference.
