If you often feel tense, overwhelmed, or like your body doesn’t fully relax, this session will offer simple, effective tools to help you shift out of stress and into a more steady, grounded state.

Together, we’ll explore:
• gentle, accessible movement
• simple breathing techniques
• guided meditation for real-life use

This is not about doing more or doing it perfectly.
It’s about learning how to work with your body so you can experience more ease, clarity, and resilience in your daily life.

You’ll leave with practices you can return to anytime you need to reset, recover, or reconnect.
