Janella Green, CMBB serves as Treasurer of Prison Families Alliance, where she helps oversee the organization's financial stewardship with a focus on transparency, accountability, and the responsible management of resources. As a Certified Master Black Belt (CMBB) with extensive experience in project management, process improvement, and organizational leadership, she brings strategic thinking, operational excellence, and financial oversight that help ensure PFA can continue providing meaningful programs and support to individuals, families, and children impacted by incarceration.

She believes that every person deserves encouragement, opportunity, and hope, and is passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential.
Outside of her volunteer service, Janella enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active, and cheering on her favorite WNBA and NBA teams. Her servant leadership, professional expertise, and genuine care for others make her an invaluable member of the PFA leadership team.
